Foreigners entering Vietnam for tourism, business, labor, study or visiting relatives need to apply for a Vietnam visa to enter the country. According to the regulations, Vietnamese visas for foreigners are granted at Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad such as Vietnamese embassies and consulates. If the host country does not have a Vietnamese diplomatic representative mission, the foreigner may be issued at the border checkpoint or the airport, but must obtain an entry letter from the Vietnam Immigration Department.
The process of applying for Vietnam Visa for foreigners is as follows:
*** Profile for foreigner WITH guarantee company in Vietnam
Step 1: Follow the procedures for applying for a Vietnamese immigration document guaranteed by a company in Vietnam. An application for dispatch letter of entry includes:
Copy of business registration certificate / investment certificate
Copy of seal sample certificate
Sample signature registration form (Director, Deputy Director)
Copy of passport of foreigner
Form N2 – Official application for entry to Vietnam
Referral
Scheduled work schedule in Vietnam
Deadline for returning visa application documents to foreigners: from 2 -3 working days (can be taken in 1 working day)
Note: For Visa application to Vietnam from the 2nd time onwards is not required the first 3 entries.
Step 2: After dispatch, the foreigner will apply for an entry visa at the Vietnamese Embassy, Consulate abroad or at the border gate or airport.
Documents to be prepared when closing Visa:
– Official dispatch of photo
– 2 4 * 6 cm photos with a white background, no glasses, no hats.
– Fees paid to the state.

Step 2: After dispatch, the foreigner will apply for an entry visa at the Vietnamese Embassy, Consulate abroad or at the border gate or airport.
